Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase, but if that is not the case, it is possible to return the order partially or in its entirety.

Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the package. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were originally sent; we cannot accept returns for items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent and received.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Each returned item can only be worn for fitting purposes. It must not have been worn for any other purposes or washed, ironed, and/or treated in any way.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original boxes and bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping, as the original box cannot be used as the sole outer packaging for shipping.
  • When trying on footwear, please avoid damaging the soles or damaging the box.

If customers wish to return merchandise, they are requested to send an email to info@alticlo.com.

The written request must include the order number, the code(s) of the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

The return is the responsibility of the customer, so they can choose the preferred express courier and will directly bear the cost of shipping. It is also their responsibility until it is delivered to our warehouse. This means that we are not responsible for any loss, damage due to improper packaging, or delay in the delivery of the return.

Any customs charges are always the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that you can initiate a return procedure within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays). After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.

Once we receive your package, we will verify that all the above conditions have been met. If the procedure has been correctly followed, we will process the refund, which will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase, excluding shipping costs and any customs charges.
